Specific Objectives

  • Rehabilitation and expansion of the port of Santo Domingo.
  • Construction and operation of a sports marina with up to 400-450 slips and an exclusive yatch club.
  • Construction and development of a mixed- use residential, touristic and commercial Real Estate project.
  • Rehabilitation and modernization of the public surrounding areas as part of concession agreements.
  • Projects integration and access to the Colonial District.
